Another little gift for the gift exchange. This is a lip balm holder using one of the Dress Up framelits.

She has some the best patterns!
I used Winter Frost designer paper from the Holiday mini, and Pool Party cardstock. The little bit of ribbon going around the waist is Island Indigo.
