I have been saving scrap rubber from Stampin'Up! sets for a long while now.
I have used bits and pieces adding adhesive to the front and back and
turning them into pop dots.
Another great way to use these scraps is for background stamps.
Just cut the rubber pieces with straight edges and arrange them on a
clear block, ink and then stamp.
Here is a card I made using this scrap background. I also used Just Sayin'
stamp set with matching framelit Word Bubbles.
