Late posting today.
I'm doing a spin off of tomorrows Sketch Frenzy Friday.
Its close to the sketch, but I changed it just a bit.
Stamp set Awesomely Artistic, and Bordering Blooms.
Colors Delightful Dijon, Island Indigo, and Crumb Cake.
The rosette was made with Dijon lace that was cut to 10 inches,
then a running stitch up the center and gathered. I added a button
from the very vintage collection to the center.
We got to try the pickles I made earlier in the week. They are so good!
Skip was so excited that I made them that he called his mom to tell her. I
had to smile at that!
I made cucumber soup today using the cukes from the garden.
I'll post a photo of that soon.
